A Truly Special Trek with Nepalorama: Service, Guides, and Memories!

From the first email to Nepalorama they exceeded our expectations – the customer service was fantastic. Anna who organised our trip could not have been more helpful – best service ever – super quick at getting back to us and had so much knowledge and first hand experience of trekking in Nepal.

Next up when we arrived we met with Krishna who was wonderful, he helped show us around Thamel and recommended great friendly places to hire the equipment we needed. During our trek, Krishna was in regular contact with our guide Bibek (more about him in a moment) to make sure everything was going okay – with Nepalorama you are really cared for on such a personal level.

Our guide Bibek was so amazing!!!! I’m sure all the guides at Nepalorama are great but you have to ask if he is available. Always smiling, making us laugh so much, so caring and always going the extra mile to ensure every day was special. We spent almost a month with Bibek and it was sad to leave when our amazing treks came to an end.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews but with Nepalorama I feel like I owe it to them – our trip could not have been better in any way.

With so many companies out there it can feel like a bit of a minefield but with Nepalorama you are in safe hands from start to finish – couldn’t speak more highly of them.
